By registering for or participating in the One Day Live Workshop on Cyber Security 04.10.2026 (Sunday) organized by MARCELLO TECH ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not register or participate.

Registration for the workshop is completed through our official registration form and is confirmed only after successful submission and payment of the registration fee of ₹51. Each participant must register individually with accurate details.

The workshop is open to anyone interested in Cyber Security, including students, faculty members, research scholars, working professionals, and beginners. No prior Cyber Security knowledge is required. Participants are expected to attend the live session and follow the guidelines shared by the organizer.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your name, email, contact details, and institution details. This information is used for communication and for issuing your E-Certificate. MARCELLO TECH is not responsible for errors, delays, or incorrect certificates caused by inaccurate information submitted by the participant.

The workshop is scheduled for 04.10.2026 (Sunday) from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM online via Google Meet. We reserve the right to modify the schedule, reschedule, or cancel the session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registered participants will be notified in advance through their registered email and WhatsApp, and reasonable alternatives or refunds will be considered at our discretion.

Participants who attend the workshop are eligible to receive an E-Certificate. The certificate will be issued based on the details provided during registration and will be shared through the registered communication channels. The organizer reserves the right to withhold certificates in cases of incomplete attendance, misuse, or inaccurate registration information.

By registering, you consent to receive workshop-related communications, including joining details, reminders, and certificates, through email and WhatsApp. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details are correct and reachable.

All workshop content, materials, presentations, recordings, and resources are the intellectual property of MARCELLO TECH. Participants may use the materials for personal learning only. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, recording, or commercial use of the content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the website, registration form, or workshop platform
• Share Google Meet links or access details with unauthorized individuals
• Disrupt the session or engage in inappropriate behavior
• Attempt to access systems or data without authorization
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information

Violations may result in removal from the workshop without refund and may lead to further action where applicable.

The workshop is provided for educational and informational purposes only. MARCELLO TECH shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the workshop or use of the materials. We are not responsible for technical issues on the participant's end, including internet connectivity, device compatibility, or platform outages beyond our control.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued registration or participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
